Intro to Tsa Lung & Tummo

An Introduction to the Tibetan Yogas of Breath, Movement & Inner Fire

2-Day Online Retreat via Zoom

February 14-15, 2026

Course Description

Our body is sacred.
This retreat offers core practices that open the doorway to what is known in the Tibetan tradition as the bliss body— the radiant, subtle dimension of our being.

Under the Guidance of Dustin DiPerna, I (Nico Becker) am learning to integrate the Rigdzin Mahamudra teachings with Tibetan Energy Practices to create a practice set that can support the recognition, stabilization and fruition of Awakened Awareness.

All practices will be explored within a trans-lineage (Rimé) context, drawing from literature within the Gelug, Bön Dzogchen, as well as Mahamudra Tradition.

This is not an official Rigdzin offering, but a test run and exploration of bringing these teachings together.

You will receive guidance for using the Tibetan Yogas of energy, breath and movement to support your principal path of awakening, whether that means recognizing Awakened Awareness, stabilizing it, or bringing the realization to full fruition.

The 2-Day Tsa Lung & Tummo Retreat is a comprehensive introduction to a full set of practice with the Channels, Chakras and Winds of your Subtle Body.

You will receive direct, practical instructions for:

  • Working with the Five Chakras & 3 Main Channels

  • Harmonizing the Five Root Winds

  • Igniting, Stabilizing & Blazing your Inner Fire (Tummo)

  • Integrating these energy practices with Concentration & Emptiness Practice

Our focus is on integrating these profound energy practices with Rigdzin’s Mahamudra Instructions in the Four Yoga System—specifically at the level of Ground.

We use the lucid, bright and alert state that results from practicing Tummo, to enhance our concentration and realization of emptiness.

Benefits of Tsa Lung & Tummo:

  • Supports recognition, stabilization and fruition of Awakened Awareness

  • Harmonizes your subtle energy body, supporting your health and well-being

  • Increases energy levels and a sense of vital engagement in the world

By the end of the retreat, you will have a complete and well-structured daily practice of Tsa Lung and Tummo, fully integrated with the practices you know from Rigdzin's Mahamudra Retreats.
