Build it yourself Base Recipe


  1. THE BASE: Pimped up Yogurt


    • Yogurt

      • Goat/Sheep Yogurt

      • Greek Cow Yogurt

      • Coconut Yogurt

    • 1-3 raw Egg Yolks (wash the egg, before using & only use the yolk)

    • 10-20g Collagen Powder

    • 5-15g MCT Oil


    Simply combine all your chosen ingredients to create a creamy and nourishing base. Each component has unique benefits that contribute to your overall health.
